I'm no mystic, but this 1940's deck of fortune telling cards followed me home from a second-hand junk store. I admit that I have not conferred with such cards on a regular basis, but I have employed Tarot Cards to assist in unraveling a few vexing problems. I do not believe divination cards alone can predict or solve anything; the randomness of a spread, the emblematic symbolism, and the myriad of possible interpretations are the real magic powers behind them. How I interpret a given spread can absolutely influence my reaction to a problem. In other words, divination cards, such as these, can reveal different viewpoints and considerations that might have been overlooked. And, if you follow the symbolism closely, you might end up seeing the forest in spite of the trees.
Anyway, fortune telling is not the reason for this post. The cards I acquired had the good fortune of still having the instructions intact. I have scanned the instructions and turned them into a PDF file for anyone who has the cards but are missing the instructions.
